2. Blackberry jam with pectin

Add pectin to the boiling jam, scattering it in a rain.

You will need: 2 kg of blackberries, 20 g of pectin, 1 kg of granulated sugar, citric acid on the tip of a knife.

Preparation: Chop the blackberries in a blender and rub through a sieve. Pour in 900 g of sugar and leave for 3 hours. Bring to the boil over a low heat, add the citric acid and pectin mixed with the remaining sugar. Boil everything together for 5 minutes, put into jars and roll up for the winter.

3. Blackberry jam without sugar

Berries are so sweet that the lack of sugar is not critical at all.

You will need: 3 kg of blackberries, 0.5 tsp. citric acid.

Preparation: Crush the blackberries in a blender and rub through a sieve. Put on low heat and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from the stove and leave for 2 hours. Then bring back to the boil, pour in the citric acid and boil for 5-7 minutes after boiling. Put the jam in sterilized jars, roll up and turn upside down.

4. Blackberry jam through a meat grinder

Foam, which will appear in the process of cooking, should be removed.

You will need: 2 kg of blackberries, 1 kg of sugar.

Preparation: Pass the blackberries through a meat grinder and rub through a sieve. Add sugar, stir and leave for 2 hours. Boil the jam for 10 minutes on low heat, put it in jars and roll up.

5. Jam of whole blackberries with sugar and lemon juice

You will need: 3 kg of blackberries, 1,5 kg of sugar, juice of half a lemon, 1 liter of water.

Preparation: Boil water, add sugar and boil for 5 minutes. Pour in the blackberries and boil all together for 5 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and cool. Bring back to the boil, add the lemon juice and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring gently. Put the jam into sterilized jars, roll up and wrap in a thick towel for 24 hours.

6. Blackberries in their own juice for the winter

Another classic and very simple way of preparation!

You will need: 2 kg of blackberries, 1 kg of sugar.

Preparation: Mix the blackberries with sugar and leave for 2 hours. Spread into jars, pour the resulting juice and put in a pan of warm water. Sterilize for 15 minutes, roll up and turn upside down.

7. Thick blackberry jam with agar-agar-agar

After adding agar-agar-agar – jam should be stirred more often and more intensely.

You will need: 1 kg blackberries, 10 g agar-agar, 800 g sugar, 100 ml water.

Preparation: Chop the blackberries in a blender, mix with the sugar and leave for 1 hour at room temperature. Pour warm water over the agar-agar, heat for 1 minute in a water bath and put aside for 15 minutes. Place the pot with the blackberries over low heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the agar-agar billet and simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Spread the jam into sterilized jars, roll up and cover with a thick towel.

8. Blackberry jam with fructose

For those who have given up sugar!

You will need: 1 kg of blackberries, 300 g of fructose, citric acid on the tip of a knife.

Preparation: Chop the blackberries in a blender. Add the fructose, stir and leave for 2 hours. Boil over low heat for 2 minutes, add the citric acid and continue to boil for another 5-7 minutes. Spread the jam in prepared containers, roll up and leave for 24 hours in the heat.

9. Raw blackberry jam with sugar

The absence of heat treatment allows you to maximize the preservation of useful substances.

You will need: 2 kg of blackberries, 2 kg of sugar.

Preparation: Pass the blackberries through a meat grinder. Add sugar, mix and place in clean, dry jars. Close tightly with lids and remove the jam for storage in the refrigerator.

10. Blackberry jam with honey

You can add one type of honey or mix several.

You will need: 1 kg of blackberries, 1 kg of honey, 0,5 tsp. citric acid.

Fans of fragrant lavender will definitely appreciate this jam!

You will need: 2 kg of blackberries, 1 kg of sugar, 20 g of pectin, 1 tbsp. dried lavender flowers, citric acid on the tip of a knife, 500 ml of water.

Preparation: Boil water, add lavender flowers and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from the stove, cool and strain. Grind the bilberries through a meat grinder and rub them through a sieve. Add 900 grams of sugar, lavender syrup and boil for 5 minutes. Pour in the citric acid and pectin mixed with the remaining sugar. Boil the jam for another 5 minutes, put into jars and roll up.

13. Blackberry jam with starch

You will need: 1 kg of blackberries, 500 g of sugar, 3 tbsp. of cornstarch, 100 ml of water.

You will need: 2 kg of blackberries, 2 kg of apples, 1 stick of cinnamon, 1.8 kg of sugar, 2 g of citric acid, 1 liter of water.

Preparation: Cut the apples into quarters, peel off the seeds and chop. Boil water, add apples, cinnamon, sugar and boil for 10 minutes. Pour in whole blackberries, citric acid and boil for 5 minutes. Carefully place the jam in clean, dry jars and roll up.

You will need: 3 kg of blackberries, 100 g of ginger root, 50 ml of vodka, 2 kg of sugar.
