Pricing
Cakes start at $3.25 per serving for buttercream, $4.00 per serving for fondant. Most of the cost of a custom cake is in the labor thus design highly impacts price.  Topsy Turvy and other carved styles start at $5.50 per serving.

I love baking as much as decorating so you will find my cakes taste fantastic!  I use only the best ingredients including pure butter, Callebaut Chocolate from Belgium, white chocolate fondant, real vanilla bean and the finest liqueurs.

Since I limit my workload to give individualized attention to all of my cakes I have a $100 minimum order. 

I require a $100.00 retainer at the time of booking with the remainder due three weeks before the event.  For cakes under $200 or for those booked less than 1 month away I require payment in full at booking.  Since I do get a lot of inquiries, I do not consider the date booked until I have received your retainer.  You will receive a full quote for your cake, including any deposits/rental fees for returnable cake equipment such as cake stands, etc. 

Delivery

Serving Size
Prices are based upon the standard wedding serving of 1"x2"x4".  This is the size that catering professionals are trained to cut and is the equivalent of a standard cupcake.  This dainty serving is appropriate for formal occasions where the cake may be part of a sweet table or follows a three course meal. 

If the cake is to serve as the main dessert you may wish to upsize the cake accordingly.  Generally in this instance I recommend increasing the size by 50% which results in a larger serving of 1.5x2"x4".
